
Motivational Jam #2
It’s probably been two weeks since my last post. I’ve just been busy with work and training. (What else is new, huh?) Week #6 of my training was a write-off. I was just physically exhausted and I didn’t have the motivation to workout at all. On a good note, I managed to limit my drinking and I was also able to watch what I was eating last weekend. I attended my friend’s birthday and my other friend’s rap performance in downtown Busan. I’m feeling much better this week and I’ve decided to increase my training to 5 days!
